Sylvia Fowles
Sylvia Fowles is the center for the Chicago Sky of the WNBA. Following an outstanding career at LSU where she twice led her team to the Final Four, Sylvia was the second overall pick in the 2008 WNBA draft. During her WNBA career, she has averaged 15.9 points and 9.2 rebounds per game. She has twice been named to the WNBA All-Star game. In 2011, Sylvia was named Defensive Player of the Year. In 2008 at the Beijing Olympics, Sylvia helped lead the U.S. To an Olympic Gold Medal. She is looking forward to competing in the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
