Michael McCahey
Michael McCahey is an American fencer who competed in the individual and team foil events at the 1984 Summer Olympics.
Michael’s instructional videos on foil fencing include advice on the proper technique for advancing and retreating, controlling the distance between you and your opponent, defensive moves and positioning, the proper way to lunge, how to counter six parry and repost, the en garde position as well as attacking movements.
