Lou Marson - Baseball - Catcher

Lou Marson is a catcher with the Cincinnati Reds. He won a Bronze Medal in the 2008 Beijing Olympics as part of the United States baseball team.

He is known for his outstanding defensive skills. On September 28th, 2008 he had his first major league hit, run scored and homerun all in the same game, but on different plays. While not officially a member of the Phillies World Series team that year he did travel with the team in case of injury.

Lou's baseball instructional videos focus on drills and technique that he uses to improve his skills behind the plate. Lou's tips include how to block a bad pitch, how to make a play at the plate and throwing base runners out.
