Khadevis Robinson - Track and Field - 800 Meter

Khadevis Robinson is a middle distance runner who specializes in the 800 meters. His personal best time is 1:43.68 minutes. An 8 time US champion both outdoors and indoors, he competed at six consecutive editions of the World Championships in Athletics, from 1999 to 2009. Khadevis was a member of the U.S. Olympics team in both 2004 and 2012. He was a multiple NCAA National Champion representing Texas Christian University.

Recently he was named as an assistant coach for the Ohio State Women's cross country team. He serves primarily as their distance coach.

His instructional track and field training videos for Pro Tips 4U focus on improving running technique and speed. His tips include basic sprints, speed drills, the proper stride and exercises to strengthen your legs and core.
