A: Sometimes if you try to watch before the download is complete this may happen. Make sure the video is finished downloading before you start to view it.

Q: What's the easiest and best way to download and store Pro Tips 4U videos?
A: Pro Tips 4U videos are designed to be downloaded, stored and played in iTunes for easy sync with your iPod and mobile device.

Q: What's iTunes?
A: iTunes is a free application for your Mac or PC. It organizes and plays your digital music and video on your computer. It easily syncs content to your iPod, iPhone, iTouch and Apple TV.

A: Download iTunes for free here

Q: Can I download a Pro Tip without iTunes?
A: We strongly recommend you download iTunes for free from the link above. Pro Tips 4U videos may work in other media players that support the mp4 or Quicktime format, however we offer no download or troubleshooting FAQ's for other players.

Q: Can I download and play both the standard version for iPod and the HD version to watch on my TV and computer?
A: Yes! And we recommend that you download both for that reason.

Q: I tried to sync my HD download to my iPod but it didn't work?
A: The HD files are too large and are not suitable for sync with your iPod, make sure you download the "Standard Version for iPod" that version will sync with you iPod.

Q: My Pro Tip sync with my iPod was successful, but the edges of the video are cut off - it seems like it's too big for the screen?
A: To fix this issue go into the video settings on your iPod and switch the fullscreen mode to 'Off.'

Q: I'm unable to drag my Pro Tip into iTunes. I'm also unable to right click or control click on the file and open it with iTunes.
A: If you have "Quicktime" on your computer , when you right click or control click on the Pro Tip choose Quicktime to view it there. You may also have a problem with iTunes, in that case you may have to download the most up-to-date version of iTunes to store your Pro Tip and use it for sync with your iPod. Download the latest version of iTunes here

Q: I've chosen to view Pro Tips in "Quicktime" but it's too big for my screen?
A: Go the upper Quicktime navigation bar and choose "View" then choose "Fit to Screen."

Q: What format are the Pro Tip 4U videos in?
A: Standard download for iPods are in the MP4 format. MP4 is a multi-media format commonly used to store digital audio and digital video streams. HD downloads are in the Apple Quicktime format.

Q: What's up with the email I received after my Pro Tips purchase?
A: This is a confirmation email. It contains your order number and allows you to check the status of your order and review your purchase, by clicking on the link provided and then clicking on "Purchased Pro Tips."

Q: What if I don't receive a confirmation email?
A: With or without a confirmation email you will be able to download your videos. If you do not receive a confirmation email, go to your account and make sure that your email address is correct.

Also, make sure sales@protips4u.com is allowed in your spam filter.

Q: I clicked on "continue shopping" after my purchase - how do I find the Pro Tip I just purchased?
A: Go to "My Account" then click on "My Pro Tips Purchased" where your purchased Pro Tips are ready for download.

Q: How do I purchase athlete merchandise?
A: The purchase process for merchandise from Pro Tips featured professionals is the same as purchasing a video. Your merchandies will be delivered to you via U.S. Mail, you will also have the option to have your merchandise delivered via Federal Express.

Q: How can I advertise on Pro Tips 4U.com?
A: Click here to request advertising information.

Q: What are the terms of sale?
A: All sales are final.

A: We're filming and adding new tips all the time - keep checking back!

Q: I'm really stuck and need help - do you offer Tech Support?
A: Yes. Pro Tips offers free technical support, (support@protips4u.com). If you are experiencing problems with your Pro Tips downloads or purchases, please let us know in a detailed e-mail. Make sure you include the following information: your type of computer; how long you've had your current computer; the operating system; and Internet browser. Please describe the problem as best you can and don't forget to include your contact information. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Q: What if my videos have not downloaded?
A: Please be sure to fully download each video within 24 hours from your time of purchase. If you have a problem downloading a video, go back in and start over within that 24 hour time period.

Q: I tried downloading multiple tips at once and experienced difficulties?
A: If you are having problems downloading multiple Pro Tips or if you notice a big slow down in download speed, you might want to try downloading one or two Pro Tips at a time, instead of several at once.
